How do I return a product?

When will I receive my refund?
We process returns at our warehouse as quickly as possible, and always within 14 days of the return arriving. You’ll receive an email from us once your return has been processed. You can track your return using the tracking number on your return rece
How much does a return cost?
Exchanges are free of charge. For returns, we charge a €5.00 return fee. This fee covers part of the shipping and handling costs caused by the return. The return fee (€5.00) will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Why isn’t exchange available in the portal?

What happens to returned items?
