Return instructions

1. Fill in the return form in our portal
2. Pack your items, write the RMA code you received in the portal on the packing slip, and place it inside the parcel
3. Attach the return label (included in your delivery) on top of the package
4. Drop the parcel off at your chosen carrier’s service point and make sure to keep the receipt
5. You’ll receive an email from us once your return has been received and refunded to your original payment method

🧾 Please hold on to your return receipt until we’ve processed your return.

🚚 Returning with Budbee? Open the Budbee app, tap “Book a return”, and choose whether you’d like a home pickup or to return the parcel via a Budbee locker. No separate label is needed when using the original packaging.
