The timing of an exchange depends on a couple of steps — let’s walk through them together.

Once you send your return, it usually takes about 1–5 business days to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the carrier. Returns are not transported as urgently as outgoing orders and may sometimes wait at terminals, which is why the journey can occasionally take a bit longer than expected.

Once the parcel arrives, we process returns within 14 days at the latest.

After your return has been processed, the exchange moves forward automatically. If the new item has a different price, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference by email. Once the return has been processed and any payment completed, the new order is released for picking at the warehouse and your exchange item is shipped to you.

Sometimes your return may already be on its way — or even delivered — but we’re not able to see its detailed status until it has been checked in at the warehouse. If you’d like, you can share your return tracking number with us, and we can take a closer look at where your parcel is ☀️
