When is a return not accepted?Updated 3 months ago
Please always return items in the condition you’d hope to receive them yourself 💛
Make sure that:
- the product tags are still attached
- the item is clean and unused
- the item is free from pet hair and dust
If a garment needs to be cleaned at our warehouse, it unfortunately creates extra work and costs for us, and may delay the processing of returns.
We always carefully inspect returned items, and in unclear situations, we’ll be in touch with you.
If an item is returned in a non-resellable condition, we’re unfortunately unable to accept the return. In this case, Kaiko reserves the right to either return the item to the customer without a refund or keep the item and issue a 50% refund of the product price.
