What happens to returned items?Updated 3 months ago

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the parcel is opened and matched to the correct customer using the return code (RMA) included in the package.

The item is carefully inspected and recorded in our system. After that, we either issue your refund or send out your exchange product.

The €5 return fee only covers part of the costs involved in handling returns.

Return-related costs may include:

  • Shipping the item back to the warehouse: approx. €5
  • Processing the return (inspection and registration)
  • Possible cleaning, if needed

If a returned item is no longer in resellable condition, we’ll be in touch with you to sort things out. If needed, the item may be cleaned at our warehouse, which naturally adds extra costs for us.

Items that end up as second quality but are still usable are sold at Kaiko’s own Sample Sale events. If an item can no longer be sold in any form, it will be recycled as textile waste.
