Please make sure to fill in the return form in the portal before sending your items back. This allows us to match your return or exchange to the correct order and process your refund smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Using the portal is easy — all you need is your order number and the email address used for the order.

Enter your order number in the portal including the # symbol:

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve submitted the return form. Write down the RMA code you receive and place it inside your return parcel.
