Why isn’t exchange available in the portal?Updated 3 months ago

If the exchange option isn’t available, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • The item value is under €25
  • The item is part of the outgoing Treasures collection
  • The item is nearly sold out, and the risk of overselling is too high
  • The item has already been exchanged once
  • Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within Finland

If an exchange isn’t possible, you can still return the item as usual and place a new order through our webshop if you wish.
