First, please check that your order number includes the # symbol and that you’re using the same email address where you received your order confirmation. Sometimes autofill may accidentally enter a different email address than intended.
Has it been more than 14 days since you received your order? In that case, the portal will no longer accept a return request, as the 14-day return period (in accordance with consumer protection laws) has expired.
