I didn’t receive a return label with my order — what should I do?Updated 3 months ago
If your order was delivered with Budbee, you won’t need a return label at all. Simply open the Budbee app, tap “Book a return,” and choose whether you’d like a home pickup or to return the parcel via a Budbee locker.
You can also return your parcel using a Posti or Matkahuolto return code. In that case, just reach out to us via the contact form or chat — we’ll help you get it sorted 💛
