Returning a faulty productUpdated 3 months ago

We’re so sorry you received a faulty item! Please reach out to us as soon as possible via contact form or chat. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo showing the fault.

Please note: Faulty items should not be reported through the return portal or sent back as a standard return.

If a faulty item is returned through the normal return process, it may accidentally end up with another customer — and that’s something we absolutely want to avoid.

All faulty items are inspected at our office in Kamppi, Helsinki. We use these cases to learn and improve our product development, and when possible, the items are sold as second quality at our Sample Sale events.
