How do exchanges work?Updated 3 months ago

We offer one free exchange per order — for a different size or a completely different product.

How it works:

• Submit your exchange request through the return portal
• Send the items you wish to exchange in one parcel, following the instructions
• Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been processed, we’ll ship out your new item

Good to know:

• Exchanges apply to items priced over €25
• Does not apply to outgoing Treasures items or certain nearly sold-out products
• Exchanges are currently available within Finland only
• Your new item will be reserved once your return has arrived at our warehouse

You can also exchange for an item with a different price. Any price difference will either be refunded to your original payment method or charged via a payment link sent to you by email if the new item is more expensive

If your exchanged item isn’t quite right, you still have our standard 14-day return policy (please note that a second exchange is not available) 💛
