When will I receive my refund?Updated 3 months ago

We process returns at our warehouse as quickly as possible, and always within 14 days of the return arriving. You’ll receive an email from us once your return has been processed.

You can track your return using the tracking number on your return receipt. Please remember to keep the receipt until your refund has been completed!

Carriers prioritise outgoing deliveries to customers, which means returns are not always transported as urgently and may occasionally wait at terminals. This is why the return journey can sometimes take longer than expected.

Example of a return timeline:

1 Mar – The customer collects their order

3 Mar – After trying on the item, the customer decides to return it. They submit a return request in the portal and pack the item

4 Mar – The customer drops off the return at a carrier’s service point

5 Mar – The return starts its journey back to the warehouse (weekend in between)

12 Mar – The return arrives at the warehouse for sorting. Returns are typically processed within two days of arrival (another weekend in between)

16 Mar – The return is opened and processed at the warehouse, and the refund is issued to the original payment method

18 Mar – The bank or payment provider (Klarna, Svea, PayPal or Shopify Payments) processes the payment, usually within 1–3 business days

✅ In most cases, the refund appears within about two weeks from when the return was sent
