You can also pay for your order using a Kaiko digital gift card. Enter the code you received with your gift card at checkout, and the amount will be deducted from your order.

• The gift card can be used in full or in parts (if your order total is lower than the gift card value)
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card

Can I pay partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method?

Yes, you can. If the gift card balance doesn’t cover the full order amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method, such as Klarna or a card.

How do refunds work for orders paid with a gift card?

If you return an order, the portion paid with a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card. If the order was paid partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method, the refund is first returned to the gift card, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method.

Can I check my gift card balance?

You can view your remaining balance at checkout by entering your gift card code.

Please note:

Gift cards used at Kaiko events (such as Sample Sales or fairs) are not valid in the webshop. Similarly, gift cards purchased from the webshop cannot be used at event sales. These are technically two separate stores, so unfortunately the gift cards are not interchangeable 💛
