Act quickly — that’s usually the best solution. We recommend contacting the carrier directly (Posti, Budbee, or Matkahuolto). In many cases, you can extend the pickup time or make changes to the delivery yourself through the carrier’s app. Their customer service may also be able to help with changing the pickup location or redirecting the parcel to another service point.
Please note that once your order has been processed at our warehouse, we’re unfortunately no longer able to make changes to the delivery details or influence the shipment’s journey.
Posti, Matkahuolto, and Budbee typically hold parcels for 3–5 days before returning them to us as unclaimed. If your schedule is tight, another good option is to ask a friend or family member to collect the parcel on your behalf.
And one important reminder: a handling fee will be charged for unclaimed parcels. Unnecessary back-and-forth shipping also creates an environmental impact, so it’s in everyone’s best interest that parcels reach their destination as smoothly as possible 💛
