What can I find at the Summer Shop?
The Summer Shop features a curated selection of Kaiko favourites, but unfortunately we can’t fit our entire webshop assortment into the store.
Whenever possible, we aim to have at least the same style available to try on in a different colour or print. This makes it easier to find the right size and fit, even if the exact item you’re looking for is only available online.
Our selection changes constantly, so unfortunately we can’t guarantee the availability of specific products or sizes in advance.
What if the right size or product isn’t available?
If we don’t have your preferred size or item in store, you can place an order at the checkout. Your order will then be shipped directly to you from our warehouse.
Can I collect my webshop order from the Summer Shop?
Unfortunately, webshop orders cannot be collected from the Summer Shop.
Can I make a return or exchange at the Summer Shop?
Items purchased from the Summer Shop can be exchanged in-store within 14 days for a different size, colour, or product. Please note that exchanged items cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, webshop returns and exchanges cannot be processed at the Summer Shop.

Can I pay with a Kaiko gift card?
Yes — Kaiko gift cards can also be used at the Summer Shop.
Can I buy gift cards at the Summer Shop?
Yes! You can purchase a digital gift card at the Summer Shop. After purchase, it will be delivered instantly to the email address of your choice.
